Vietnamese Spring Rolls

One of the most popular appetizers in North America, Goi Cuon…aka to folks that aren’t asian…SPRING ROLLS. The fresh and yummy salad that you eat with your fingers. Rice paper that hugs each ingredient so tight like saran wrap covering a piece of pork that you can put in the freezer for year.

Ingredients: Rice paper, rice noodles, shrimp, iceberg lettuce, mint and cilantro.
Additional innards; cucumbers, pork, basil
