  1. Grab ingredients
  2. Mix cornbread mixture using instruction on the back of the box
  3. To make the cupcakes you need to use a cupcake pan. Make sure to grease pan first or use liners, then pour the cornbread mix into the pan. Fill up to the top.
  4. Saute the onions until they become translucent. Then add the ground turkey. Cook until it’s not pink. The add the salt, pepper, thyme and the ketchup and hoisin. Cook until the turkey is done.
  5. Once the cornbread cupcakes are done cooking let them cool for just a few minutes. Then take a pairing knife and cut a hole in the top.
  6. Remove the top. The deeper the hole the more area to fill. Make sure to not cut through the bottom.
  7. Fill up the cupcake holes with turkey sloppy joe mix and then top with shredded cheese and green onions.
