I was recently contacted by Kimlai of eatinasian, about sharing an Asian inspired recipe using our AllSpiceCafe sauces. My first thought was that I really didn’t have any, because when I make Japanese dishes, I try to duplicate what my mom would have made for me when I was young.
I love this recipe, its really simple and no guilty pleasures, it’s all good. It’s a great way of eating simple fish made tasty. It also looks like fine dining food so it’s a fabulous dish if you’re entertaining and of course for BBQ’s.
WHAT IS VIETNAMESE COFFEE? Ca phe sua da (VIETNAMESE COFFEE) is made with finely ground Vietnamese-grown dark roast coffee individually brewed with a small metal Vietnamese drip filter (cà phê phin) into a cup containing about a quarter to a half as much sweetened condensed milk, stirred and poured over ice.
